Welcome to our cosy corner just steps from the beach!
Our flat is the perfect place to enjoy the sun, the sea and the vibrant culture of Valencia. With a functional design, good location and all the amenities, you will feel at home from the very first moment.
In addition to an excellent location, just 500 metres from the beach, the flat has everything you need so you only have to bring your toothbrush, all with the Concept Flats commitment to quality and excellence.

THE SPACE
We have WIFI via high speed fibre optics where you can easily combine work and leisure while enjoying all that the city of Valencia has to offer. The flat also has Smart TV in case you want to relax at the end of your day. In our fully equipped kitchen you will have everything you need to prepare from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner: fridge, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, crockery, etc. The flat is also equipped with bed linen, towels, hairdryer and toiletries.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The flat is located in a lively neighbourhood just a few steps from the Malvarrosa Beach. Here you can enjoy the authentic essence of the Mediterranean, with numerous bars, restaurants and terraces, many of them along the promenade, where you can enjoy delicious tapas, paellas and fresh seafood. You will also find supermarkets, local shops and all the services you need for your stay. The area is known for its relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with a mix of locals and tourists creating a vibrant and multicultural environment.

- Supermarket: Mercadona, 400 mts away.
- Pharmacy: Farmacia San Rafael, 300mts away.
- Recommended restaurants: Mercader (gastronomic space with options for all tastes as it has several stalls with different types of food and prices), Casa Carmela (€€) and A Fuego Lento (€)
GETTING AROUND THE AREA
Getting around the flat and the surrounding area is really very easy. The area is very well connected by public transport. Just a few minutes' walk away, you will find several bus stops that will take you to different parts of the city. The nearest metro station is also just a short walk away and connects you directly to the centre of Valencia and other areas of interest. If you prefer to get around by bike, Valencia has an excellent bike rental system that allows you to explore the city at your own pace. And if you're a walker, the beach is just a few steps away, ideal for a morning stroll or a romantic sunset!
- Metro/tram: ‘Beteró’ station (lines 4 and 6) is 500 metres away.
- Buses: 19 and 31 (to go to the City Centre), 92 (to go to Ruzafa and Joaquín Sorolla station) and 99 (to go to the City of Arts and Sciences).
- Transfer: we know that this is not the most sustainable option for getting around but we also understand that in certain cases, it is necessary. If you need it, we have this service; you just have to ask for it.

Additional notes
- Parties are not allowed. Respect the neighbours. Keep the volume at a tolerable level, both inside the house and in common areas. Rest hours are between 11pm and 9am. Any undue noise level or intolerable behaviour towards any of our neighbours will be penalised and guests will be asked to leave the property without refund of the amount paid for the reservation or any financial compensation. Check-in is at 4pm but we will try to adapt to you. Please let us know your arrival time so we can organise ourselves and have the apartment ready. Normally the check-out time is before 11am, unless you agree with me on another time. Check-ins between 9pm and midnight have a 20 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-in from midnight to 9 am will incur a 40 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the property. Please do not forget to turn off the air conditioning / heating when you leave the house. Let's respect the environment! Upon your departure, please return all the sets of keys delivered to us. Any loss of a set of keys will incur a cost of 50 euros. Likewise, if you have to go to the house because some keys have been left inside, there will be an additional charge of 20 euros. If after checking out, any personal items are left in the apartment, we will keep them for 48 hours and the guests will be responsible for shipping them. After 48 hours, the company will proceed to remove them. Please take care of the house as if it were yours.
