THE SPACE
We have WIFI via high speed fibre optics where you can easily combine work and leisure while enjoying all that the city of Valencia has to offer. The flat also has Smart TV with Netfix both in the living room and in the bedroom, in case you want to relax at the end of your day. In our fully equipped kitchen you will have everything you need to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner: fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, crockery, etc. The flat also comes with bed linen, towels, hairdryer and toiletries.
DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood has all the necessary services for a complete comfort at your fingertips: supermarkets, pharmacies, leisure, terraces... You can immerse yourself in the authentic local life and discover the tapas bars and restaurants that offer the best of Valencian gastronomy and let yourself be seduced by the history and culture that can be breathed in every corner.
You will enjoy a privileged location, just a 15' walk from the City Centre but you will also have a Metro station just a minute's walk away which will allow you to reach the main tourist attractions of the city in just two stops: Plaza de Toros, Calle Colón, the Cathedral, the Central Market, etc. The same metro line also has a direct connection to the airport, making our flat ideal whether you are coming for business or leisure.
Suite Parque del Turia by Clink is also only 200 metres from the Turia River gardens, the green lung of Valencia that crosses the whole city and is the perfect place to enjoy nature, go for walks, hiking or cycling and disconnect in the natural reference area that attracts both tourists and residents.
HOW TO GET AROUND THE AREA
The flat has an excellent location just 15' walk from the city centre, but you will also have the Metro stop "Avinguda del Cid" which is less than 1 minute walk away and which will allow you to reach other points of interest in the city. Bus line 93 will take you directly to the long beach of Las Arenas or Malvarrosa. You can also visit the City of Arts and Sciences or the aquarium, because you have a direct bus line 5 minutes away from the Turia Park Suite.

- Parties are not allowed. Respect the neighbours. Keep the volume at a tolerable level, both inside the house and in common areas. Rest hours are between 11pm and 9am. Any undue noise level or intolerable behaviour towards any of our neighbours will be penalised and guests will be asked to leave the property without refund of the amount paid for the reservation or any financial compensation. Check-in is at 4pm but we will try to adapt to you. Please let us know your arrival time so we can organise ourselves and have the apartment ready. Normally the check-out time is before 11am, unless you agree with me on another time. Check-ins between 9pm and midnight have a 20 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-in from midnight to 9 am will incur a 40 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the property. Please do not forget to turn off the air conditioning / heating when you leave the house. Let's respect the environment! Upon your departure, please return all the sets of keys delivered to us. Any loss of a set of keys will incur a cost of 50 euros. Likewise, if you have to go to the house because some keys have been left inside, there will be an additional charge of 20 euros. If after checking out, any personal items are left in the apartment, we will keep them for 48 hours and the guests will be responsible for shipping them. After 48 hours, the company will proceed to remove them. Please take care of the house as if it were yours.

DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD Patraix is a neighborhood with a lot of history and a vibrant contemporary culture. You will find a large number of bars, restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy all kinds of delicacies, from traditional tapas to more innovative dishes. The neighborhood has numerous services, such as supermarkets, shops and gyms, all within walking distance of your apartment. And, of course, we can't forget the Parque Central, a beautiful green space ideal for relaxing walks, having a picnic or simply disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city.
