Located in the emblematic Patraix neighborhood, this space is perfect for those looking to explore the city and have all the services at their fingertips. THE SPACE
We have high-speed fiber optic WIFI where you can easily combine work with leisure, enjoying everything that the city of Valencia has to offer. The apartment also has a Smart TV in case you want to relax at the end of your day. In our equipped kitchen you will have everything you need to prepare from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner: refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. The apartment also has sheets, towels, hair dryer and amenities.
DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Patraix is a neighborhood with a lot of history and a vibrant contemporary culture. You will find a large number of bars, restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy all kinds of delicacies, from traditional tapas to more innovative dishes. The neighborhood has numerous services, such as supermarkets, shops and gyms, all within walking distance of your apartment. And, of course, we can't forget the Parque Central, a beautiful green space ideal for relaxing walks, having a picnic or simply disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Some shops of interest:
• Supermarket: Mercadona 200 meters away and Consum 450 meters away
• Pharmacy: Farmacia Climent, less than 200 meters away
• Recommended restaurants: Veu Veu (€€€) and La Casa del Tapeo (€). We also recommend the Mercado de la Imprenta, a gastronomic space with more than 20 food stalls. There are a variety of styles and prices, and the space is located in the premises of an old printing press from 1908.
GETTING AROUND
Getting around Valencia from Patraix is super easy thanks to its proximity to the centre and excellent public transport connections. You'll be just a 15-minute walk from the Historic Centre, allowing you to take a stroll while enjoying the city's architectural heritage. The Jesús metro station is just a few minutes' walk away, providing quick access to different points of the city. If you prefer to get around by bike, the city offers a great bike rental service and many safe cycling routes. And if you arrive by car, the apartment has good access to the main roads of the city and parking options nearby.
• Metro/tram: “Jesús" station (lines 1 and 2)
• Buses: 12, 28, 62, among others. Line 31 will take you directly to the beach.
• Transfer: we know that this is not the most sustainable option to get around but we also understand that in certain cases, it is necessary. If you need it, we have this service; you just have to request it.
