Our flat has an excellent location just 15' from the impressive City of Arts and Sciences, the Port and the beach. The City Centre is 20 minutes away and if you prefer, you can use the Metro as you will be just a few steps away from the Maritim Serrería station, which not only has a direct connection to the old town but also to the Airport.
We have WIFI via high-speed fibre optics where you can easily combine work and leisure while enjoying all that the city of Valencia has to offer. The flat also has Smart TV in case you want to relax at the end of your day.
