Just a stone’s throw from the Barrio del Cabañal and a 15 minute walk to the Las Arenas Beach. These apartments are spacious and thoughtfully furnished with attention to detail so that you will feel right at home.
The main bedrooms have a queen size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and abundant space to store clothing and suitcases.
The sofa-bed in the living room provides extra space for two people, ideal for families or two pairs.
In the front, there is a small terrace with the door to the pedestrian plaza, making it ideal for extending the day on summer nights.
The kitchens are extensively equipped with everything necessary for your stay: refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, water kettle, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.
The bathrooms include hairdryers and amenities.
The apartments include a temperature control pump for cooling and heating, smart TV, clothes washer, and 1 GB fibre optic WIFI.
Located in a beautiful pedestrian in the emblematic Barrio del Cabañal, you will be less than a 15 minute walk to the Las Arenas Beach, where you will always find a lively atmosphere and abundant culinary options.
A mere 20 minute walk will bring you to the Polytechnic University or the Royal Marina. Other popular tourist attractions like the Oceanographic Aquarium and the City of the Sciences are a pleasant 30 minute walk away.
The area offers many services that a tourist needs and expects (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.). If you wish to be immersed in the culture of the city just like the locals, you can go shopping at the nearby Mercat del Cabanyal, where you will find typical local products throughout the stalls.

• The apartments are 300 metres from bus lines 99, 31 and 32, which serve both the city centre and the beach.
If you wish to arrive by car, you can park at the Mercat del Cabanyal public parking garage located 400 metres from the apartments. Open 24/7 with daily rates available.
